In October 2023, the Goethe-Institut announced that it would be closing its Rotterdam subsidiary after 50 years of existence.
Partners, regular guests, artists and many more were invited to celebrate the farewell not only to the subsidiary, but also to the staff and to honour the mark it has left in the cultural and artistic landscape of Rotterdam.
The illustration was enclosed with the invitation to the farewell party.
The Illustrations were commissioned by the Goethe-Institut Niederlande. All rights to the illustrations remain with the Goethe-Institut Niederlande.
